We offer leisure stays for companies organizing employee trips that meet the requirements of the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS). The PAS Creative Work Centre in Wierzba is a year-round facility located in the Masuria region, surrounded by the picturesque Popielno forests. The centre offers accommodation in five different buildings:

• Conference and Hotel Center/Main Building: rooms for 1, 2, 3 and 4 people with bathrooms, building located right on the shore of the lake, perfect for smaller groups and integration.
• Red House: rooms for 1, 2, 3 and 4 people with bathrooms, building located right on the shore of the lake, perfect for smaller groups and integration.
• Yellow House: rooms for 1, 2, 3 and 4 people with bathrooms, building located right on the shore of the lake, perfect for smaller groups and integration.
• Chaty Mazurskie I and II: rooms for 1, 2 and 3 people with bathrooms in a regional style

Dining and facilities: breakfast included in the price, on-site restaurant with the option to purchase dinner. Amenities: playground, multi-purpose room, and private, fenced on-site parking.

General offer for companies organizing employee holidays (funded by the Social Benefits Fund)

Payment and financing options: our holiday programs are fully compliant with the Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) Act and the internal regulations of public sector entities and private companies. VAT invoices for “holiday subsidies” (wczasy pod gruszą): we issue personalized invoices for employees specifying the duration of the stay (meeting requirements such as a minimum of 14 consecutive days of leave). Bulk purchase by the employer: the option to reserve a block of places, rooms, or holiday sessions directly through the employer based on a framework agreement. Holiday vouchers: flexible travel vouchers for employees to use at a time of their choosing.

Target audience: Local government offices and institutions (Regional Social Policy Centres, Marshal’s Offices, municipal/commune offices); corporations and private companies (integrating programs with holiday subsidies); retired employees (special off-season packages incorporating Social Benefits Fund tax relief for seniors).

Organizational advantages of the general offer include flexible scheduling and a choice between weekend stays (short-term getaways) and traditional 7- or 14-day packages. Comprehensive documentation is provided, along with assistance in preparing the paperwork required to apply for workplace-sponsored funding. “Open” packages offer the flexibility to combine accommodation, meals (HB/FB), and local attractions into a single invoiced amount.
